It’s no shocker that Apple and Samsung have been at each other’s throats and been in court battle. Apple‘s lawyer, Bill Lee, was trying to squeeze too many witnesses in its last 4 hours to make their case. Judge Lucy Koh’s response was that Bill Lee most be smoking crack!

“I am not going to be running around trying to get 75 pages of briefings for people who are not going to be testifying,” U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh told Apple‘s lawyer Bill Lee.

“I mean come on. 75 pages! 75 pages! You want me to do an order on 75 pages, (and) unless you’re smoking crack, you know these witnesses aren’t going to be called when you have less than four hours,” Koh said.

“Your honor, I can assure you, I’m not smoking crack,” Lee replied matter-of-factly.

 

Come on Apple! Just because Android is literally blowing you out of the water doesn’t mean you have to try and be the  bully in town! To be quite honest, I feel that Apple is shaking in their boots and are frightful because they never thought Android would take off and become as big as it did. The same thing happened to Apple back in the 90′s when hardly anyone used an Apple computer and Microsoft was king of the PC world. My feeling is that Apple does not want this to happen to them again and this is why they’ve tried to become the bully in town that everyone fears. If this were to happen again to Apple, I doubt Microsoft would be there to bail out Apple like it did in the 90′s. The chances of this happening are probably zilch, since Apple literally has billions and billions of dollars at their disposal. However, I guess you can never be too sure!
